Leadership Lab: Leadership Growth Starts Where You Are

Leadership Lab is a 4-part virtual development series from NAEOP designed to help members explore leadership through reflection, conversation, and practical application. No title, prior book study experience, or prerequisites needed — just bring your journal, your questions, and your willingness to grow.

Each interactive session pairs guest speaker insights with hands-on tools and worksheets, guiding participants to build a personal leadership growth plan along the way.

Sessions:

• Aug 31 – Session 1: Awareness — Leadership is Everywhere
• Sept 22 – Session 2: Action — Small Actions, Big Influence
• Oct 21 – Session 3: Influence — Leadership Happens through Others
• Nov 19 – Session 4: Legacy — Becoming the Leader I Want to Be

Free for NAEOP members, $20 for non-members. Earn one PSP point per session.
